  • Give it a sense of cool! This womanlooks hip and trendy with just a few small styling cues. For starters, spritz damp hair with volumizing spray to add a little bit of height. Next, when blow-drying, work layer by layer through your mane. Start at the crown of your head and work forward. Lift hair up at the roots wlth your brush, then straighten hair by pullingforward to create bangs. When you're done with the front section, work on the sides; dry layer, straightening and allowing the ends tolay flat. Move to the back of your head andrepeat the same direction.   • Problem: That woman's mane practically consumes her face, hiding her eyes and giving her an older appearance.Solution: Take out the bulk and have your stylist slice sharper layers if you have the same problem. Make the look modern by keeping sleek and straight. When hair is damp, comb a dollop of straightening blam through from roots to ends. Draw a side part. Use a large flat brush to straighten strands as you blow-dry, focusing the dryer nozzle down the hair shaft for a clean finish. Blow-dry layer to layer, starting at the crown first. Lift strands up at the roots for volume, than straighten through the length. When completely dry, pinch some pomade into the ends of each layer to separate them and make them look edgier. If you're looking for a color change without going over-the-top, ask for a few red highlights to skim the surface of your mane. When styling, spritz damp roots with volumizing spray and comb mousse through the lenght. Create a side part than use a round brush to pull bangs straight first, rounding them out at the ends to curve in towards your face. when they are dry, move to the rest of your mane and work with three-inch sections of hair at a time; lift up at the roots for volume and pull straight, than curve under for bounce at the ands. Make sure you really get that first section dry before moving onto the next. Leftover damp strands will encourage frizz and you want this style to remain smooth.   • High shine and healthy hair are finally on the menu. Once a week make sure you use deep conditioner on your hair to infuse it with nutrients. Mix a dollop of straightening balm with a few drops of shine  serum and comb the concoction through your mane. Blow-dry bangs first using a round brust to pull them straight as your apply heat, curling the ends towards your forahead. Draw a side part, then work on the rest of your mene. Warp two-inch sections of hair around your brush, pull straight and curve the ends in towards your face gently. Repeat on the same section until it's dry before moving onto the next.   • Scrunch some styling gel trough damp strands from roots to ends. Blow-dry your bangs first by pulling  them straight through a flat brush while focusing the nozzle of dryer down the hair shaft. Repeat until dry. Attach a diffuser nozzle to your dryer, then work on applying heat to the rest of your mane. Scrunch strands with your fingers starting at the ends and working your way up to the roots. When hair is dry, heat up a small-barrel curling iron and wrap two-inch section of hair around it at a time to create springy spirals. Finger-comb through when finished and mist with hairspray.
